Announcements Gadget

When you have an announcement page, you can insert an Announcements object into other pages to provide a summary view of the announcements.

This list gadget can by useful for some purposes, especially when the list content is only updated by site editors.  If you need to have a broader set of people editing the list content, you may want to consider using a Google Sheet file.

This File Cabinet gadget may be ideal for some purposes, but in general I prefer loading files into Google Drive and then embedding the folder in a page.
