The Page Settings dialog is used to tune a page.
More actions -> Page Settings
The image depicts the default settings for a new web page. Two changes I make to almost every page:- Uncheck Allow Attachments - I prefer to use Google Drive as a file repository
- Uncheck Allow Comments - comments can't be used by the 'public'. Only site editors or people within a Google Apps domain may comment.
- This reduces page clutter
